How do properly operate the straw coal briquette machine?
Operating requirements
1, Before starting up,fill into the gear oil 25kg(refuel once can be used continuously for more 10 years),after refueling, tighten the injection hole plugs.
2, Carefully check the power lines, preventing the suffering point and leakage, to ensure the safe use of electricity.
3, carefully check the machine motor, transmission parts joints' bolts, screws are solid, with or without loosening, in order to fastening.
4, according to kinds of the objects, set the preheat temperature. Corn, wheat straw is processed in 80¡æ -90¡æ,peanut shell, rice husk is processed in 80 ¡æ-100 ¡æ.
5, After starting up,idle for 1min,check the machine rotation is normal. When it is normal, add a small amount of feed materials,after the clout in the machine are clear up,feed materials uniformly.
6, Before feeding materials, users should note the hard debris in the raw materials,avoid the stone,iron,etc, entering into the silo to damage the machine.
7, Each running for 8 hours,the machine should be added the oil once,once time fill 2-3 drops . Before stopped,fill a little wet materials,in order to discharge smoothly the next start.
Precautions
1, Before using, carefully read this manual, and in strict accordance with the rules and order of operation.
2, The requirements of water for the molding machine: corn stalks, wheat straw, rice straw, moisture content is between 10% -30% ,and can be molded best between 15% -20%. Peanut shells, rice husk moisture content is between 2% -14%, forming is best.
3, no material in the hopper, don't idle. Boring machine (no material) phenomenon occurs as a result of the raw water is more than 30%, should be promptly shut down the machine, to clean up the wet material within the hopper, then add to the normal production of raw materials to meet the requirements.
